The Brief

We were asked to provide the Building Regulations and construction drawings as part of a  Design & Build package for a private developer.

The Project

A site is on a busy high street in Highbury North London.

The building is made up of live/work units on the ground and basement floors and eighteen two bed flats and five penthouses on the upper four storeys. The flats all have balconys to the street elevation and the penthouses have their own open terraces. The entrance on the high street leads to the access stair and lift at the rear of the building. The live-work units have their own shop units facing the street.
